4K display with IvyBridge i7-3770S and Thunderbolt?

Hi,
I have motherboard with 2x thunderbolt port - Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP4 TH
and CPU IvyBridge Core i7-3770S with integrated graphics card Intel® HD Graphics 4000
I have 32 GB RAM.

Would this be able to drive 4K monitor?
(Considering Dell P2715Q UHD 4K or LG 27UD88-W)

The monitor would need a thunderbolt connector or you'd have to get a converter.
