[SOLVED] 4k Gaming Build

This is my first time building a PC, and I don't know what parts to use. I am looking to build a PC that can comfortable run 4k gaming on AAA titles at atleast 60 fps. My Budget is $1500, and is this even a reasonable price tag or am I going to need to pay a lot more?

1800-2000 is pretty much minimum you'll need a Gtx 1080ti or Rtx 2080. Along with with a top end cpu like A 9900K.

I was looking more into Ryzen CPU's would a Ryzen 7 2700X work instead?

At least a RTX 2080 or GTX 1080Ti, with an RTX 2080Ti recommended realistically. The 2080Ti's are over $1,300 alone so you would be looking at well over $2,000 easy.

That's if you want 4K and min 60 FPS across the board in AAA games, the 1080Ti and 2080 won't do it in every game.

More realistic expectations for your budget would be to play at 1440P then the 2080 would be perfect.

Something like this is what you want. Its about the minimum without buying cheap parts. Though you could use the stock cooler if your not overclocking. I would recommend an x470 board as well. And as Jankerson said for an even 60fps you'll need a 2080ti and I9 9900k.

Resolution has no direct impact on CPU usage, so you don't need an uber CPU for 4K. The CPU requirements for 4K/60 fps are the same as for 1080/60 fps.

Regarding the graphics card, unfortunately even with a 2080 you won't be able to hit 60 fps at max settings in every game.

This is the minimum requirement to get 60fps+ in majority of titles. RTX2080Ti is only affordable(other alternates are priced way higher which makes RTX2080Ti look much affordable) card which can push 4K 60fps+ in majority of titles. RTX2080 is not good enough to push 4K 60fps+ in majority of titles.
