4k Gaming in budget?

I was looking to upgrade from my 1050ti to something thats similar to a gtx 1070. i want to game 4k a little bit, and if its needed overclocking. i recently saw that you can get an AMD RX 580 8GB for about 330 euro, is that any good and will i be able to run 4k and 1440 with high settings, plus will it make a difference to my 1050ti 4gb and what difference?

580 that would be a no for 4K.

But would be a decent upgrade.

The general consensus is that for 4k gaming go with a 1080Ti. Of course the rest of your system specs are important as well.
