I recently bought 4k 55" Samsung TV with black friday sale going on.

I am attempting to build up a PC, but am having some confusion on what to do.
Budget: $1200 ideal~ $1400

CPU+GPU:
i5 + 980 GTX vs i7 + 970 GTX

i7 Most likely aiming for 4790k Price: 300+ 330 = $630
i5... I have not a slight clue what to go for Price: 150 + 570 = $720

CPU Cooling
Need suggestions

Case:
Planning on keeping cheap budget so I looked into EVGA Hadron
EVGA Hadron Hydro Mini-ITX Chassis Black with 500W 80Plus Gold Power Supply (110-MW-1002-K1) Price: $110

Memory
8GB enough? What specs are good enough? 1600Mhz?

Motherboard
ASRock Z97M-ITX
