So, a few things about what I put together:
1)250GB SSD for OS-only drive, the other SSD for game library, and the HDD for the video editing stuff.
2)I know I could easily fit a 2080Ti in there, BUT, Nvidia's 3000 series coming at the end of the year - IMO, getting one of those this late in the game is a terrible idea.
The client can tide over on the 2070 Super until the 3000 launch, and sell the old card. Even a 2080 Super would be a better investment over the 2080Ti at this point, but it doesn't offer that much more over the 2070 Super.
3)The fan 5-pack is to replace the H710's stock fans - there will be one extra fan left, but it's still cheaper than buying 4 individual ones.
4)I have next to no experience regarding keyboards, mice, and headphones, so I just pulled those from Tom's best recommendations.
5)I may have forgotten a thing or 2...

I did think the 3000 series would be worth the wait and mean while the 2070 super is a great card. Very solid list. Thanks!
