4K live streaming camera under 1.2kg (no budget)?

This is for an assignment regarding a hypothetical scenario so there is no budget. However, the camera needs to be under 1.2kg so I can carry it with a drone (unless there is a drone that can carry more than that weight and is also compatible with said camera). I can not use a drone that already has an attached camera.
Any suggestions?

Live streaming will require communications equipment, so you'll either have to sacrifice live streaming or video quality to get under that weight.

You could also just get http://www.dji.com/product/spreading-wings-s1000-plus/info#specs , which would raise your limit to ~5kg, enough for something like the http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1137295-REG/blackmagic_design_cinstudmft_uhd_mr_micro_studio_cinema_camera.html with a high quality lens of your choice and wireless eng equipment, or even just use that with a high end 4K video camera or DSLR and wireless HDMI transmitter (and plenty of batteries).
