Hello,
Ive recently bought a 4k Blu-ray player and I am having problems with it outputting 4k 60fps. When I am trying to select the option it's giving me an error saying "this hdmi cable is not connected to a device that does not output 24p."

My monitor is a iiyama g-master gb2888uhsu and my Blu-ray device is DMP-UB400.

There is a hdmi 4k 60p option at the back of my monitor, I just don't understand why I can't output a 24p signal.

Thank you.

60p and 24p aren't a thing.
60Hz is the fresh rate you're likely talking about.
Your monitor supports 4k @ 60Hz and 30Hz but not certain about 24Hz however, it does show that the monitor's range is as low as 24Hz; that isn't a typical refresh rate so I'm not certain what it's/you're...

Just make sure you connect your HDMI cable to HDMI Port 1 on your monitor.
Be sure to use the 60Hz setting as that one is better/faster than the 24Hz setting anyway.
