4k Monitor Flickering Issue

I have a new 4k Samsung UE590 Monitor. I now have it running at 60hz at 4k. When I open any type of setting or even RuneScape, they flicker. I have it running on a GTX 770 with a Display Port. How can I fix this? It does not do it in Fire Fox.

UPDATE: I fixed the issue. I was at first using a Display Port to HDMI Adaptor and so that was causing the flickering. Was able to go to a local tech store and they just gave my a regular display port cable.

I suggest trying couple of things.

1. Go to samsung.com and update drivers.
2. Not sure which connection you are using but I suggest getting Display port 1.2 or higher

If it does not work call Samsung for Warranty replacement.

You need a regular Display Port cable and your issue will be resolved.
