4k Monitor Only Displays 60hz With Certain Games (SOLVED)

Even on simple games like minecraft, it shows it refreshing at 30hz. The only time it goes up to 60hz is when I'm playing Arma 3.

Strangely enough, placing the RAM in a different slot seems to have fixed the problem.
