Question 4K monitor PLEASE HELP!!

Can I use a 4K monitor with a i7 8700 3.2 ghz and 16 gb of ram and a NVIDIA gtx 1060 3gb? I do not play any games whatsoever this would be for picture editing and watching YouTube. Thank you so much in advance

Well, picture editing? Maybe not but you'll be fine watching 4k videos
even tho you're using a 1080p monitor. I don't think you actually need a 4k monitor to edit some images. Spend your money on something else.
