4K Monitor (Setup) On a slower PC with (IGP)

Hi, there

I bought mine 4K LG Monitor 2 days ago
I mainly use it for my new pc with 1080GTX Dual Card on Port HDMI ONE,
Now i also wanted to use my 2 HDMI PORT on a SLOWER PC ( Intel Celeron 1.5GHz with IGP built in , and it had struggling on the frame rate and made some screen pause and sound >>
Is there a way I could make this 4K UHD Monitor work better on the Celeron pc
i already set to lower 1920x1080 with 30Hz ,, still struggle , had NO Problem using my intel i5-6200U laptop with HDMI ( using Ultra 4k settings ) very smoothly
It would be wonderful if this can be solved for me. I mainly use the slow pc for internet suffering and the new pc for gaming purpose only

anything at 30hz is going to look stuttery and look crappy. try 1080 @ 60hz.

Doe the Celeron work on other monitors fine?

Hi, yes, NO Problem using my older monitor ( but i sold it to a friend) and got this LG 27" 4K UHD monitor
,,Are you sure going back to 60Hz on 1080 , i will try that option tomorrow. and see ,, cz this new monitor , is for my new Alienware pc with Dual 1080 GTX video cards, for gaming only
