[SOLVED] 4k Monitor won't display 60hz

I have a feeling I know the answer to this problem but I wanted to check here first.

So I recently got a 4k 144hz monitor. It works beautifully, so no problems there. I have a second 4k monitor that runs at 60hz. My third 4k monitor, however, refuses to display above 30hz. The GPU supporting all this is an RTX 2080 Ti. I thought there was something wrong with the third monitor, or that the HDMI cable wasn't 2.0 (which I just received and did not help at all).

Is it possible I've simply reached the limit of Hz that my GPU can handle? Or is there actually a fix for this? Thanks!

Sorry, I should have posted this first: Samsung UE590 Series 28" LED 4K UHD Monitor U28E590D These are the two standard 4k monitors I'm using. And something else I should have mentioned is that the 144hz monitor requires 2 DP cables plugged into my GPU.

The weird thing is that I tried swapping the two monitors' cables. I had the problem monitor plugged into HDMI and the other into DP. But even after making the change, the one was still stuck at 30hz.

One other thing I noticed that was odd is that in nVidia Control Panel, the proper resolution isn't listed under PC. It's under a different setting called "4k x 2k, 3840 x 2160 (native)". Under PC I only see 2560x1080.

Hi, I'm having a similar issue but with two 4K monitors at 60Hz using DisplayPort 1.4. Was using a single 4K and 1080p monitor until today. Switched 1080p for a second 4k and now they both run at 30Hz. If I disconnect one of them the other goes up to 60Hz.

I'm using a Radeon RX580 and an Intel i5-4670. Could one of these not have the bandwidth or something?
