4k monitors with g-sync

i want to buy a 4k monitor with hdr , but my Q is , is it important to buy a monitor with g-sync on it if i am only buying 60hz 4k monitor to play games in 4k which ofc i will never get to a constant 60fps in it ? my pc cant handle 4k gaming ofc but i want to buy a monitor that i can use even if i upgraded my pc later.

2. I would prefer 2k 144 fps over 4k 60 fps anytime for fps games.
