4k movies/tv shows on PC

Hi is there still noway to obtain 4k movies/tv shows on PC rather than TV atm? If there is can you link me?

The only thing I'm aware of is Netflix or Amazon streaming of some content though you'd need a really high bandwidth for that as it's in real time.

I don't know of any legal download options aside from a smattering of short videos.
