4K native drive not for drive enclosure

I am looking to buy a Mediasonic hard drive 4 bay enclosure with raid.
However, it said in the spec that this unit isn’t compatible with 4K native drive.
What does it mean?
I can’t do 4K video editing with this enclosure?

Sector size on hard drives has increased from 528 bytes to 4K bytes -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Format That means you will need to research carefully what disk drives you put into the enclosure.
