It is a very good build. If you take that, you will be good for quite some time.

However, if you want to cut costs:
1) 8086k --> 8700k
2) Cheaper PSU at a lower Wattage. A 750W or 850W unit will do just fine. A 1200W unit is an overkill.
3) Do you need a DVD drive? Drop it if you do not.
4) 12 TB is a good size HDD. BUT, if it fails, you will lose all the data on that drive. Consider buying several HDD's that cumulatively add up to 12 TB, not just one drive.

Yeah i guess i can lower the wattage ;) and yes i need a writer. My girlfriend still want some DVD. I will look maybe for multiple HDD i need at least 4tb for games (My current pc has 4tb and is full with games) and another 4tb for movies and tv shows.

Seems good. Another idea you can consider is that if you manage to save money, you can increase the size of your SSD to 1 TB to 2 TB, and the rest would be made up of HDD's. Save the important files on the SSD's or the games you play often on the SSD.

Updated my build (not done yet).
Still searching for a case.
The HAF XB was what i was looking for. (I currently have a mini pc on top of my desk and it's beautiful)

Will keep a 4TB HDD and just get a bigger SSD (1TB) i should be fine.

P.S. One of the reason i am building this pc is that the Titan V was almost gifted to me.
