Question 4K TV not displaying 4K resolution with PS4 PRO

So I recently bought a PS4 PRO and a 4K TV, and I can't get the 4K resolution to display on the 4K TV.

I've already tried all HDMI ports and checked on the TVs settings and nothing.

I've been trying to check the TVs specs online but I can't seem to find the exact model number.

However as you can see in the picture, (that's the back of the TV) brand TELSTAR , model TTK043420KK and other specs, including 60hz.

I'm thinking the TV only supports 4k 30HZ, as that's what it says on the video output info from the PS4, is this possible?

please help.

I can't find any English information on the TTK043420KK so I have no idea what standard the HDMI transceiver adheres to. This should be marked on the back of the TV by the port.

4k/30 is supported on HDMI 1.4 using a High-Speed HDMI cable

4K/60 is supported on HDMI 2.0 using an HDMI 2.0 cable

There's no discernable difference between a Standard-speed HDMI cable, High-speed HDMI cable, and HDMI 2.0 cable aside from the markings on the cable or connectors.

If TV supports HDMI 2.0 and 4K/60 it will tend to want to negotiate a connection with the PS4 Pro that requires more bandwidth than a High-Speed cable is rated to provide. some High-Speed cables may work, many will not.

If your TV doesn't support 4K/60 it will negotiate that with the PS4 Pro and that option simply won't be available in the display settings. The PS4 Pro supports 4K output at 24hz, 25hz, 30hz, 50hz, and 60hz with and without HDR.
