Well my gtx 1030 support 42 inch Samsung 4k ultra tv i know its a pretty low end card but I can't change parts I had to rent one because my old pc wen't dead on me in had to sell all the parts cus mother board died

16g ddr4 2100 ram not sure about psu its prob pretty weak but i get like 70 fps in most games i play in thats all i need
