4k TV Won't run at 4k60hz if monitor plugged in.

Hi guys, my 4k tv won't run at 4k60hz in my computer if i have my 1440p144hz monitor plugged in. I own high speed hdmi 2.0 cable and an RX 480 gpu, is there a way for me to run both my monitor at 1440p144hz and tv at 4k60hz at the same time? i also mention that i have another monitor that runs at 1080p60hz that i plugged in my IGPU, Z270 motherboard 7700k cpu. If my monitor is plugged in, the TV runs at 1080p60hz, Thank you for your patience guys!
