Question 4k video editing build

Hello, I have been doing tons of research on building my first computer, and I'm ready to pull the trigger.Would love some feedback from the pros on which direction they would recommend.I have a new mavic 2 pro drone that shoots in 4k, and need a computer that can transfer and edit footage quickly.The drone has a class 3 mini sd card that is removable that I need to transfer files from it to the new computer. I do not really game. But want a fast computer, that displays well on my 4k monitor. What I am leaning towards buying

Amd Ryzen 7 with wraith fan cooler
32gb ddr4 ram
Rx580 grapics card?
Nvme ssd 1tb
Evga power 500watt

So which motherboard would you recommend that has a sd reader with good sound capabilities?

budget and country? sd card you can always get a reader on usb. your intended psu seems no good.

USA , under$180 ,psu not enough power? What is fastest way to transfer mini sd card to computer? Thank you
