[SOLVED] 4K with DTS card (non gamer)

In need of a graphic card that has two outputs one that does 4K and DTS and Dolby Digital via HDMI. The other can be analog or HDMI.
I am not a gamer, Just want it for movies.
I have a 4K TV, but just a 1080P monitor. If you can recommend one, that would be great.
Can both of them be 4K capable but will it only push what it detects?

GPUs usualy doesnt have two HDMI ouputs
MSI GeForce GT 1030 DDR4 2 GB Video Card ($84.99 @ Amazon)
this one has two ports
1x hdmi 2.0b (4K @ 60Hz)
1x display port 1.42 (8K @ 60hz / 4K @ 120Hz)

u can use DP to HDMI cable which is as cheap as hdmi to hdmi cable

ouputs will output what your monitor/tv supports

sure, hdmi supports passthrough for dolby/dts codecs
