4k with Samsung U28E590D

Hello,
I have a 980 ti GPU and soon I will buy a Samsung U28E590D monitor.
I want to know what is the best way to connect the GPU to the monitor, using a HDMI cable or a displayport cable.

Hi Friend,
The Monitor (S27D850T) is 2560x1440...so not sure what the 4K reference in the title is about. But to your question, you'll either need to use a DVI or Display Port cable to use 2560x1440 @ 60hz. Congrats on the new display!

I wrote the wrong model of the monitor by a mistake.
Now i updated it.
The model is:
Samsung U28E590D

So what is the best way to connect it and get 4k 60FPS?
