4tb internal hard driver

I was wondering if there a difference if I made my 4tb hard drive one partition or 2 and I mean difference in speed read and write or stability

Everything on partition 2 will read/write a bit slower then partition 1.
This is because partitions are created from the outside (fastest part of an hdd) to the inside (slower part) plus the hdd heads have to move to this 2nd partition to rad data stored there so there is an millisecond or so to travel the further distance.
