4TB MY BOOK WD external hard drive

If i take the hard drive out, how can i make it so it can be the main hard drive in my pc?

Even if you got the hdd out of the enclosure which you can it will not be able to take a sata cord and there for it cant plug into the motherboard. It would be pointless running games and even the operating system.
