4th folder in AppData

I have a fourth folder in AppData called 'Everything', which has some executables in Chinese.
I think this caused some problems to me in the past before, but just wanted to make sure if I should delete it.

Delete it, restatr te computer and run your anti-virus straight away. Something you downloaded caused that to be installed.
