4th Gen Intel i7-4500U - How can I improve performance?

Hi there,

Is it possible to overclock the 4th Generation Intel i7-4500U? or is it possible to use a program that can keep my clock speed high at all times? such as Throttlestop?

Please assist me ^^

The 4500U is a low-TDP mobile processor. It's not designed with performance or overclocking in mind.

Alright, is there anyway to keep intel turbo boost at 3.0ghz at all times?

With a motherboard chipset, I doubt it. Even if it is possible, the discrete cooling isn't designed to sustain Turbo Boost indefinitely and you'll probably end up overheating the processor.
