4th monitor not connecting properly. other 3 are eyefinity

So I have 4 monitors all are the acer h233h model, 3 of them are connected just fine working as one screen through eyefinity and I wanted the 4th one to be just a secondary screen. but when i connect it to the computer it comes up as no signal regardless of what port i have it in, DVI or HDMI. It comes up in the device manager as a generic pNp monitor. my graphics card is a gigabyte r9 390 which has support for up to 4 monitors so I'm not exactly sure why this isn't working.
I'm running windows 10 if that helps at all, and all my drivers are up to date.

Is it just disabled?
right click desktop, screen resolution.
Does it show two monitors there? You need to tell it to Extend the desktop to that display.

when I try to do that for any option it says that the display settings could not be saved. please try a different combination of display settings.

Sounds like you're trying to duplicate it, a setting of 5760x1080 obviously won't stick. You're sure you have it set to Extend and selected 1920x1080?

I guess i would start over. Get all 4 monitors working NOT in eyefinity, THEN set up eyefinity with only 4.

so I disabled eyfinity, it still won't connect to a total of 4, it doesn't give me the option to change resolution but the three that are working are all set to 1920x1080

3 being display port, and 1 being hdmi. I also have a connection for DVI but changing one over to that didn't change anything

WTF. I know it is possible. My R9 390 had 3 monitor eyefinity AND a 4k monitor running no problem at the same time...
The 4th monitor works if you swap it out with the others right?

ye, I can connect to any of the 4 but only 3 will work at a time. ive also tried different brands from acer as well as the scepter brand but it still ends up being the same problem

This sounds like an active dp issue. The monitors don't have dp so what adapter are you using?

There's your problem. You need at least 1 monitor on dp, or an active dp adapter since your monitors don't have dp, for 4 monitors.
