Nbe412, I'm going to skip passed your original question because I just wanted to provide my 2 cents on your build: "A few issues", at the end of my response, and offer two substitution builds (below).

A few issues:
As everyone has already stated, I wouldn't personally saddle a 4 way SLI configuration with a 28 lane CPU.
Also, this is a bad time to purchase these items.
CPU: Intel will be releasing a whole new line of X99 compatible CPUs.
Samsung 950 Pro: Samsung will be releasing the Samsung 950 Pro and 850 EVO in the 1 TB (M.2 form factor). In addition to the greater capacity, the prices will probably come down.
Intel 750: Why the two different NVMe drives? You don't have the available PCI slots for this drive combined with 4 way SLI. The PCIe x4 slot will be covered by one of the GPU's. Therefore you'll need to purchase the U.2 form factor, along with the Asus Hyper kit. Also, any reason that you're using both the Intel 750 and the Samsung 950 Pro. I happen to have both of them myself, but even I have to question the logic of doing so at this point. You should also know that Intel is supposed to release a new version of their PCIe drives this year. Were it me, I'd more likely buy two Samsung 950 Pro's and place them in RAID 0.
Motherboard: I'm not sure that a workstation board is the best choice here.
GPU: This build would make a lot more sense if you were planning on doing GPU rendering and not only gaming. Also, with Pascal right around the corner, I think you're going to regret investing in all these 980 Ti's very soon.
Display: I think these two Acer 1440p 165 Hz g-sync displays are worth the sacrifice of 2 of 4 of the 980 Ti's in your original build.
Please let me know what you think.
