[SOLVED] 4x4 gb RAM not working

I have an AMD Ryzen 5 2400g and i had installed 2x4gb ram ripjawsv ddr4 3200mhz,i bought an other pair and my my pc won't read my mouse and hdmi cable.My guess is something wrong with the channeling,how do i fix that?

I had them working on dual channel but they don't seem to work if installed all together

You can try a combination of these things to see if you can get the RAM to run together. Increase DRAM voltage up to a maximum of 1.450v but keep it lower if possible. Run lower speed/MHz or loosening the timings.
