For my build i'm considering getting 4x4gb ram sticks for my pc as it seems to be quite a bit better from comparisons, Would it be worth it to get the 2x8gb sticks of 3200mhz DDR4 or the 4x4gb 2400mhz DDR4 and would i be able to overclock them to around 3200 anyway?

2x8 - https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product...16-gb-2-x-8-gb-ddr4-3200-memory-pvb416g320c6k

2x8 is preferable to 4x4 and the much faster clock is far more important than the timings. It is highly unlikely you'd be able to overclock the 4x4 to 3200 anyway; RAM is highly binned and if it could be overclocked significantly, it would be clocked to a higher speed and sold at a higher price.

Ryzen is dual core regardless of 2 vs 4 sticks.
A 4 stick kit normally costs more than a 2 stick kit of equal specs.
Past that, 4 sticks is harder for the motherboard to manage and it may not reach max speeds.

Take the time to verify that the ram kit you buy is supported on the motherboard ram QVL list, or at least explicitly supported on your motherboard by the ram vendor ram selection app.
