So I have a 4yo PC that never froze or anything since I built it, last month my first freeze happened, couldn't move my mouse nor use my keyboard, had to force restart the PC, my PC didn't generate a minidump folder, and on event viewer the only thing there was a Kernel Power generated probably by me force restarting it, today roughly a month and a couple days later, a second freeze happened, same thing happened couldn't use my mouse nor keyboard, and as a bonus the song I was listening to on spotify started doing a 3 seconds loop. for the freeze itself the only thing I get is a static noise before the freeze? can't really tell its a weird sound.
I didn't notice anything new before the first freeze, don't remember a windows update nor driver, I haven't updated my GPU in a while because the driver I am in basically is working fine so I don't know if I should update, maybe I will later tonight.
Since both my freezes are so far apart I can't really reliably test stuff, like removing ram sticks and stuff, when my friend had a freezing problem, he was having at least 1 freeze a day, so it was easy for him to remove a stick and see if a freeze would happen.
My Specs are as follows:
MB: Asus TUF Z370-PLUS GAMING
CPU: Intel Core i7 8700K 3.70GHz (4.7GHz Turbo)
RAM: 2x8 DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 8GB 3000MHZ (16GB total)
GPU: Asus Geforce RTX 3070 DUAL OC
PSU: XPG Core Reactor, 750W, 80 Plus Gold (the PSU is new not even a year old, my old corsair died 6 months ago)
Storage: 240GB SSD(with windows)/ 1TB SSD(for games) and a 1TB HDD(for videos and backups for when I reinstall windows)
Any help would be appreciated, I'm a really anxious person so now everytime I use my PC I'm scared it will happen again 🙁 just when my anxiety from last freeze was starting to lower it decided to happen again 🙁

It seems more like a software / drivers issue than a hardware issue.
Thanks for replying, if it's not a hardware problem I would be super relieved because I'm broke rn 🙁
How can I try to figure out what is causing it ? I reinstalled windows like back in january or december, so don't think it was a faulty installation of windows 10 since it took over 4-5 months for a freeze to happen, I roughly remember what I had open when they happened, last time I had Discord (was in a call with friends), Lost Ark, and steam, actually I remember it froze as soon as I closed my chrome, and this time I was again in a discord call, spotify playing a song, and I had Bloons TD open and Grand Line Adventures open which is a tibia based mmo so super light, specially for my pc, and steam open on the background, I don't recall if chrome was open this last time tbh

is there anything I can do to try to do and figure it out even without a minidump ? should I wait longer if it freezes again to see if a minidump is created ? when my friends pc would freeze he never got a bsod but still had minidumps
