Question 5.0 & 7.2 Atmos?

Any ideas or tips on how to connect 2 receivers to my PC would be so appreciated!!!
Any ideas or tips on how to switch zones in windows would be so appreciated!!!

Zone 1 PC 5.0
Zone 2 Home Theater 7.2, Atmos is on front Klipsch R-625FA

My plan, will it work? Is there a better way?

I purchased a Denon AVR-S960H
and have a Onkyo TX-SR383
I will run home theater with the Denon and PC with Onyko

I will use HMDI from PC to receivers,
RTX 2070 Super HDMI to sat/cable on the receiver, HDMI to TV then eARC to receiver for the Home Theater for Dolby True HD, Atmos
Will I be able to use the HDMI on the Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming K6 S mother board to go to Onyko receiver for 5.0 sound for PC?

All media is output from PC
My TV is Samsung UN55MU6300 55-Inch
My video card is RTX 2070 Super with 3 pc monitors and above TV
My external Audio is Sound Blaster Omni Surround 5.1
My receiver is Onkyo TX-SR383
My new receiver is Denon AVR-S960H
MY front Atmos Klipsch R-625FA
My Mainboard Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming K6 S
My Movie Player Kodi

I don't see why it wouldn't work. You'd just have to switch the audio output whenever you want to change which receiver you use (see https://computerinfobits.com/how-to-change-audio-output-windows/)
