5.1 with realtek?

Is there any way to get 5.1 sound out of the rear jack with realtek hd audio manager? I have optical out, but I managed to buy this home theater in a box that I have right before optical became a standard.

yeah on my board. its a ga-z68m1-d2h-b3. I thought the others were inputs?
