5.25 card reader and 3.5 IDE holder?

Not sure if this exists but looking for a card reader that fits in a 5.25" bay with SATA, USB, Firewire out as well as fan control, temp display AND that doubles as a converter to allow a 3.5" IDE hard drive to sit behind it. This is to fit in an Antec NSK2400. If the IDE part isn't doable, any suggestions on a good card reader? Looking at:

This is closest I could find. Haven't seen one with a rear caddy for a 3.5" drive mount.
