i"m looking for 5.25 inch drive bay psu which available today and certified and not discontinued..using only for gpu

Certified for what? The ATX spec is not meant to have two separate PSUs so you won't find any certified or fully supported ones. 5.25" bay 12V PSUs are an obscure niche market thing that should be avoided. If your main PSU is too weak or too crappy to power your whole system, you should upgrade that to a better quality unit with adequate rating instead.
