They are tied for gaming. The f variant has no integrated graphics so would need to be paired with a graphics card.

3600 all day comes with pcie 4 on 500 chipset also the motherboards are cheaper than the intel variants providing you go with a b520 but this will cut the pcie gen 4

I would go for 10400F.

Motherboard price depends on what you want in a motherboard.
Both A320 and H410 are the bottom line for both cpu's,and both priced similarly.

If you are just gaming go for the 10400f because it has a little better gaming performance and you will spend less money and if you are doing something beyond gaming like video editing and stuff like that go for 3600. I have 10400 and its running great.
