5.5 on the richter scale?

Hello, I just recently build a pc and it's not a huge deal or maybe it is but under the "Memory Ram" on windows score only says 5.5 I have 16gb DDR4 3200

I just finished installing all the windows updates on my new ssd still giving 5.5

my concern is that maybe the memory isn't reading properly bad batch? idk

*update* So i went into bios and enabled X.M.P profile when I first did this before the ssd arrived it booted up np with 3200mhz but getting failed now so I changed it to 3000mhz booted up

Can this be conflicting with the memory on the Gtx? the gtx is kinda having problems atm lol but it's gonna hang on until the 1070 comes out noticed one of the cooling fans is barley running (MSI Gtx 560 ti 4gb)

What PSU? For 3200 might need a small OC on the CPU

I just used my old one didn't seem like I needed a new one its a 730w PSU, my cpu is at 4.4

Do you have the latest BIOS? Are the sticks well seated?
