Your CPU seems to have an integrated graphics card. Did you try taking out your GPU, connecting your monitor to the mainboard optical port, and see if that works? That way, you could, for example, boot jnro save mode and DDU the presumably botched driver install, turn off the PC, insert and connect the card again and see if that works.

Edit:
Did a Google search. For AMI boards, 5 beeps actually seem to point to a CPU error. So something might have happened there instead.

Well, i removed the gpu and connected the monitor right to the cpu slot but the same problem still exists.
I searched a lot too about fixes and tried a lot of things, reseating rams, remvoing CMOS Battery, changing cables but none of them worked for me.
I just wonder how a graphic card update affects the cpu, it's quite weird for me

It was working before the video card update so remove the video card, plug your monitor into the motherboard, boot and remove the driver.

Thank you guys this comment is written using the PC, I removed the GPU, booted with the internal GPU and removed the graphic card drivers, the windows couldn't boot after so i had to reinstall it and now finally everything is working
