Question 5 beebs and a black screen

Hello, I have a small issue with my pc. I hope you guys van help me. Oké I bought my pc used and it has a i5 6400, 8gb ram 797mhz DDR3, Medion h110h4-cm2 motherboard and a cs650m powersupply. I wanted to upgrade my pc with a gigabyte gv-n960g1 gaming 4gb GPU but when I install the gpu the pc makes 5 beebs boots in to Windows but the screen stays black can you guys help me please?

I think the bios is to new but im not sure
