Question 5 beeps no bios

hello,
mobo Gygabyte B660M DS3H DDR4
processort Intel I5 12400F
8 GB memory
SSD 1 TB

The problem is when starting 5x beeps, no video. Fans PSU, processor and system working. I can not get in the Bios. I removed the GPU card and the other 3 memory banks. Als the M2 memory was removed. Problem still the same.
What is broke the Mobo or the CPU. Don't have second MoBo or processor to test

your cpu doesn't provide integrated graphics, will only work with a dedicated gpu
