Question 5 Beeps on startup after installing new ram

I've tried to do almost everything (reseat ram, reset MOBO, clear CMOS,and etc), however it's seems to be the new ram is the problem, but I've checked the specifications for the compatibility of the ram with the MOBO and it seems it should work. The PC works normally with the original ram though.
