[SOLVED] 5 beeps....

Hi guys, I have a gigabyte z490 aorus elite motherboard with an I9-10850k. On initial start up it had 5 short beeps then I reseated the cpu and reapplied paste. I made sure all the connections were correct and noticed no bent pins. It booted up ok but now I if I turn on the computer before the monitor it'll have 5 short beeps. But after I turn on the monitor the screen resolution will be set to a very low scale and not able to be changed. Restarting works and everything will seemingly run fine but I'm worried this might be a sign of a failing motherboard or processor. Unless this is normal? I have a gpu thats connected to the monitor.

It's worth a shot to take the GPU out and resite it and the same to the connection to the monitor.

5-beeps is CPU for Gigabyte. might want to check for a newer bios, sometimes minor bugs get fixed.
maybe disabling the onboard iGPU may help as well
