[SOLVED] 5 days old 77" LG CX OLED - is this a display hardware issue?

Hi guys - I turned on my brand new (bought Black Friday) LG CX 77" OLED TV and have this line - about 5" wide - running vertically across the screen on various inputs and apps. I assume this is a manufacturer's error and I'll have to go through the pain of returning the TV? I have not tried factory reset but skeptical it'd do much. I did not see any issues in the first 4 days of usage, was extremely careful unpacking and setting up... What a downer on a $4,000 TV.

I did - unplugged all HDMIs, unplugged TV from power source. Did a factory reset. Tried a picture test. Nothing helped, so I guess I'll have to haul it back to Costco and get a new one (which kind of sucks given how large the TV is).

Update the TV firmware, if that doesn't work then the Tech.
