So I have a MSI H110M Gaming motherboard and I love it, first build fyi, so I usually use a 5.0 Ghz WiFi adapter, but when a hook up a 2.4 Ghz adapter, I get like 1 Mbps (I didn't install any drivers for the 5 or 2.4 Ghz adapters, and my actual internet speed should be 25 Mbps) The adapters I use are both TP-Link. I am also using the 2.4 Ghz adapter right now.

But did you install the ones from the cd that came with the adapter?

Just because the driver that microsoft guessed is correct for your card is up to date does not mean it is sufficient.
What you should do is go to the adapter's company website and download the newest version of the driver for that adapter for the windows OS you are using.
Well if you never bothered to install the proper driver for the hardware then there is no surprise that it is not working as desired.

If hooking up an ethernet cable is just no an option at all (by far the most ideal, best performing option), then the next best option would be to use powerline networking adpaters over wifi, preferably an av1000 or better.
In gaming it is latency/ping that is far more important than mbps and any sort of wireless signal is going to be poor in this area, thus powerline is better than wifi.

Just when I check to update my drivers, it is all updated, also my 5 Ghz adapter is an AC 600 right now and it works like a charm.
