5 long beeps

Hi everyone.


I have a gigabyte z170N and when I turn it on I get 5 long beeps and then it restarts it self.

Any suggestions?

I guess they don't put that in your boards manual anymore ??


you do see that issue and a lot of memory issues instead of cpu ?? but then it could be the cpu memory controller as well ??

sometimes you may need to reseat the memory in to the slots a few times to insure its getting good firm locked in proper seating / contact in the slot
