[SOLVED] 5 short beeps and no signal

When I turn on my PC I get 5 short beeps and no signal to my monitor. I've verified that the monitor and HDMI cable are fine. When I take the RAM out the PC keeps restarting itself. The CPU fan spins and the case fans also spin and have lights. Any ideas what could be wrong or what to try next? I think it's probably the CPU or motherboard but not sure which.

What's your motherboard?

Find the manual on-line and it will tell you what 5 beeps means.

Please list your pc specs.

ASRock B450 Pro4
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB 3200
EVGA 450BT PSU

I can't see anything about the beeps in the manual.

the b450 motherboard has a connector for the monitor however the CPU does not have the proper GPU, the graphics ports on YOUR board are inactive. you need a GPU installed
5 beeps on ASRock is a missing GPU.

Yeah you're right, it was the lack of graphics card. Forgot that ryzen needs one as it doesn't have integrated ones. Thanks.

i have the same problem but i do have it when i plug my monitor to GPU ports,
i don't have problem when im plugging monitor to the integrated graphic system CPU tho
