Question 5 short beeps & vga led on

I recently built a pc
Here are specs:
Motherboard gigabyte h370 hd3
Cpu intel i5 8400
Graphic aorus gtx 1060 6G
Ram corsair vengeance LTX 16G×1
Power cooler master mpx 7001 700w

It was working fine but after moving it upon starting it beeps 5 times (short) and the vga light is on
There is no display
I removed the graphic to confirm the source of failure
Even with onboard graphics problem still exist

Can anyone relate?!

You should replace the PSU with something, more reliable. Have you tried working with a different PSU? Can you define what you mean by, after moving it?

No i haven't tried a different psu
And by moving it i mean physically in a box for over 300 miles in the trunk of a car
