Question ~5 year old system, while using suddenly got black screens, now has no outputs and won't turn off with power button

As stated system is about 5 years old, while using a web browser both screens go dark and light on keyboard and mouse go out, system won't shutdown with the power button no matter how long you hold it. When I attempt to turn the PC on all fans are working dvd drive has power, monitors and keyboard/mouse are getting nothing.

I have ensured that all plugs are firmly seated, Pulled the cmos battery to reset bios, pulled and reseated both ram stick and tried to start the system with each separately.

i am out of ideas and any help would be appreciated.

System:
MB- MSI 760GMA-P34(FX)
PSU- EVGA 400W (I'm guessing white)
GPU- Zotac Geforce GTX 1050Ti

My next step would be to replace MB and PSU

If it’s not turning on, try a new psu first. After that then start going towards other options IMO.

Maybe your psu died. Try using a different psu to isolate the problem then you go from there
