Hi i have a amd fx 8320 and a cooler master hyper tx3 evo on a msi 970 gaming motherboard. its between 40-60 degrees in the bios. I have applied thermal paste correctly.. What do i do ?!?!

Solution
you sure you are putting the right amount of thermal paste on the cpu?
I also have a fx8320, i originally put too much thermal paste on and it shot up to 60 degrees at load!! then reapplied it correctly and it wont exceed 30 degrees at idle and wont go above 40 degrees under load with a similar cooler to you

I know you've already picked a solution, but I doubt a CM TX3 Evo can keep the 125W FX-8320 really cool when it can't keep an 84W i5-4590 below 80°C at full load in a room at 23°C while getting rather noisy.

Edit: While in the BIOS the CPU isn't idle, nut it also isn't that busy. Use AMD Overdrive to check the thermal margins at full load.

I just think some people don't know how much thermal paste to put on, trust me I put a normal pea sized amount on and it was too much! I put a little less and it never exceeds 40 degrees even when turbo core is enabled to 4ghz!

i might get a new cooler... either a hyper 212 evo or a h55 liquid cooler
