50 fps is not as smooth as it must be.

Playing gta v at 60 fps in vinewood I get 50 fps and compared to the videos in which I see people playing at 50 fps mine is not very smooth.

If you're playing at 1080p, you need a faster card. The frame RATE may average 50 fps, but the frame TIMES are the stutter/lag you notice. Here's an easy to understand explanation of frame latency: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=512976

Well, 50 FPS should appear perfectly smooth. If it is not, then you are probably not actually running 50fps. Or if you are playing online the lag you are experiencing may be due to latency rather than your hardware.

Side note, if these videos you are watching are on youtube, they cap their videos at 30fps, so regardless of what the person is getting, youtube only shows it at 30fps.

Are you sure that you're getting consistent 50fps? And do you have any anti aliasing on? Play around with the resolution and if you find the proplem is consistent then it's a software issue. Make sure that your drivers are up to date also.
